Chief Judge Barbara Hershey was originally Dredd's sidekick during the Judge Child Saga, Judge Hershey became the tenth Chief Judge of Mega-City One. She lost her position as Chief Judge to Dan Francisco, though regained it after the events of Chaos Day.
Appearence
Hershey was a young woman, she had short black hair and blue eyes. She had a thin voluptuous body with ample breasts and buttocks, due to this she had been placed under several undercover missions which exposed her body.
Personality
Hershy was at first a kind Judge who's emotions did at times cloud her judgement, she was happy and would frequently joked and even had a freindship with Dredd, however over time the two drifted apart, especially after her assignment to Chief Judge, with Dredd coming against her at several times.
History
Judge Child Saga
She was sent to assist Judge Dredd to hunt for the child alongside Larter, Lopez and Winslow. Winslow was quickly booted out of the team for being a dead weight.
tied up by The Fink
She works alongside Dredd when on ground working as a backup in case something happend to Dredd. After killing Murd the Oppresor and gaining the Oracle Spice, Lopez was forced to try it but after a single drop he fell into a coma, in which he later died, much to the dispair of Hershey who was good freinds with Lopez.
When Dredd had failed to aquire the Child, instead abandoning him with the robot leader The Grunwalder after finding the child to be entirely destructive and evil. Hershey was furious with Dredd and still mourning Lopez, despite this she still worked with him on various occasions in Mega City.
The Fink
A while after returning to Earth, the killer Known as Fink Angel discoverd that the Judges had killed the rest of his Angel Family. After breaking into Mega City and killing Judge Later he went after Hershey. He stuns her and brings he underground where he ties her upside down. He planned to have her buried alive but she is saved by Dredd who manages to subdue Fink.
