Binoculars or field glasses are two telescopes mounted side-by-side and aligned to point in the same direction, allowing the viewer to use both eyes (binocular vision) when viewing distant objects. Judges use yet unnamed advance binoculars with scanning technology capable of identifying who is the perp and who is the victim as well as offering information on other objects and their functions that are in its range of vision.
