Mayor Jim Grubb was a long standing and popular mayor of Mega-City One. He survived through a good deal of catastrophies and got re-elected at least once, however he went insane during the early days of the Apocalypse War.

AppearenceEdit

Grubb was a man seemingly in his 40's-50's, he had black hair and brown eyes, before the War he was always neat and tidy looking, after he went insane his hair became unkempt and he grew a short beard.

PersonalityEdit

Grubb cared for the city a lot and was highly popular amongst the citizens, he was however somewhat cowardly in the face of danger, shown during the reign of the insane Judge Cal.
