Nigel Phelps was production designer of the 1995 Judge Dredd film. Phelps designed much of Mega-City One and the Grand Hall of Justice himself along with Matt Codd. Numerous other artists like Julian Caldow and Kevin Walker designed vehicles and weapons. Their work was published in The Art of Judge Dredd and Production Design and Art Direction.
